DUTF Sets 2016 Season

Downtown Urban Theater Festival (DUTF) announced its 14th Annual Season today which will feature 19 productions from March 8 to April 2, 2016. The season includes 17 new theatrical works to be presented at Here's Dorothy B. Williams Theatre and two solo works, Joe Gulla's The Bronx Queen and Ella Turenne's Love, Locs & Liberation, at Joe's Pub at The Public. The festival kicks off with a special performance by Corey Glover, acclaimed actor and two-time Grammy award-winning lead singer of the band Living Colour, on March 4 at Joe's Pub. (more...)

The festival ran from March 8-April 2 at Joe's Pub at The Public Theater and HERE in NYC and featured 18 plays written by some of America's best emerging writers and theatrical visionaries from California to New York and internationally from Romania.
