Hope's parents are Bay Street co-founders Emma Walton Hamilton and Stephen Hamilton, who served as co-Artistic Director and Executive Director, respectively, for 17 years.

 Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC) continues its Spring 2019 season on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 7:30pm with a performance by St. Luke's Chamber Ensemble +Adam Rosenblatt, percussionist, at BAC's Jerome Robbins Theater (450 W. 37th Street). Rosenblatt will perform Belgian composer Thierry de Mey's theatrical and dramatic piece Light Music, in which movements and gestures produce light and sound through interactive technology. This interdisciplinary solo performance will be bookended by Viennese classics - Joseph Haydn's festive Divertimento for Strings from 1754 and Joseph Lanner's charming 19th century waltzes, performed by the St. Luke's Chamber Ensemble. These virtuosic musicians make up the artistic core of the renowned Orchestra of St. Luke's - who share the performing arts complex with BAC at 450 W. 37th Street.

Quodlibet (Latin for 'whatever pleases') Ensemble is a string chamber orchestra of some of today's most sought-after musicians who come from top string quartets as well as period and new music groups. Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC) opens its Spring 2018 Music Series with Anton Batagov and the Attacca Quartet on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 7:30pm in the Jerome Robbins Theater. This varied evening of music features the World Premiere of Different Things from influential post-minimalist Russian composer and pianist Anton Batagov, paired with Beethoven's String Quartet Op. 18, No. 6. Batagov's Different Things will be performed by the composer (at the piano) and the Attacca Quartet, one of America's premier young string ensembles, along with Kris Saebo, double bass; Linda Jones, soprano; Luthien Brackett, mezzo soprano; Andrew Fuchs, tenor; and Steven Hrycelak, bass.
