PURE Nightclub inside Caesars Palace had the spring break festivities in full effect as they welcomed the stunning Keri Hilson for a memorable live performance. Arriving just before 1 a.m. the gorgeous pop star hit the red carpet fashionably dressed in a sleeveless white chiffon top, leather capris pants and black and white Narciso Rodriguez wedges.
