The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis (The Rep) has announced that Kate Bergstrom will assume the role as the Augustin Family Artistic Director effective May 13, 2024. The Rep conducted a six-month nationwide search before naming Bergstrom to the role. Bergstrom succeeds Hana S. Sharif’s following her departure last summer. With the appointment, Bergstrom brings a passionate energy for The Rep’s next chapter to build on the theater’s success as a vital, celebrated, cultural cornerstone of St. Louis.

iyla drops her new EP, Appetite For Disaster, out now. The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis has announced Danny Williams as its new Managing Director, effective January 10, 2022. He will replace Mark Bernstein, who is retiring after serving more than 34 years in the position. Williams comes to The Rep from New York, where he most recently served as Senior Director, Finance and Administration for The Public Theater.

The Prince of Egypt has once again been forced to cancel upcoming performances due to Government-enforced COVID-19 legislation. Performances through 7 August have been cancelled at this time.

Following the current temporary suspension of performances due to Government Track and Trace legislation, the production will play three socially distanced performances on Wednesday 21 July at 7.30pm and Thursday 22 July at 2.30pm and 7.30pm before gradually reverting to full capacity.
