Disney Channel will present three special programming events for kids and families to kick-off the holiday season in December. 

Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney XD will celebrate Halloween with spooky and fun programming for kids and families, beginning FRIDAY, OCT. 2.

A series of new interstitial messages, from kids' favorite Disney Channel stars, designed to offer reassurance and a sense of community during the present global health crisis premieres FRIDAY, MARCH 27, on Disney Channel and Disney Channel YouTube. The series includes over 35 Disney Channel stars who each filmed their message from their homes and around their neighborhoods, sharing how they stay positive, active and, with the help of parents and family members, navigate through this uncertain time. The series is designed to demonstrate for viewers age 6-14 that they are not alone in this experience, and we are all in this together (#WAITT).

Raising the comedy stakes, the second season of the hybrid family sitcom/improvisation series 'Just Roll With It' is set to premiere SUNDAY, MARCH 15 (8:45 p.m. EDT/PDT), on Disney Channel and DisneyNOW. Comedian J.C. Currais becomes a series regular cast member, in the fan-favorite role of Gator, and John Ratzenberger (Disney/Pixar's 'Toy Story,' 'Cheers') guest stars in a recurring role as Blair's grandfather. The season also includes 'wild' animals, real-life wedding vows with legal matrimony as part of a storyline and feats of epic proportions. The studio audience votes for wacky scenarios that the cast must improvise their way through during the show taping. Additional season two guest stars include Charles Shaughnessy ('The Magicians,' 'The Nanny'), Johnny Pemberton ('Superstore'), Jason Earles (Disney's 'Hannah Montana'), Debra Wilson ('MADtv'), Jillian Shea Spaeder (Disney's 'Walk the Prank') and Kingston Foster (Disney's 'ZOMBIES').

Disney Channel has picked up a second season of the unique new comedy 'Just Roll With It' and entered into an overall development deal with its creators and executive producers, Adam Small and Trevor Moore, to write and produce programming for Disney Channel and Disney+. Production on season two will commence in September.

Increasing the degree of both comedy and complexity, Disney Channel will present 'Just Roll With It: You Decide LIVE!,' an interactive, live telecast of 'Just Roll With It,' a series which stands apart for its blend of scripted and improvisational comedy, on FRIDAY, OCT. 4 (9:00 p.m. EDT/6:00 p.m. PDT). During the Halloween-themed special—the first of its kind for the channel—viewers nationwide can join the studio audience in the fun of determining plot twists in real-time. As viewers watch the special LIVE on Disney Channel, they will be able to vote on certain elements of the show via the DisneyNOW app or DisneyNOW.com—and, as they do in each episode, the talented cast will improvise and just roll with it … live!

Breaking through the pack, the ambitious new series 'Just Roll With It' blends improvisational comedy with a family sitcom to seize an audacious opportunity that allows the studio audience to vote on the direction of key scenes, throughout the filming, while the actors are backstage. When the actors return to the stage, they have no idea what's coming at them. A feat of planning and physical production each episode, the comedy series was created and is executive produced by Adam Small and Trevor Moore (Disney's 'Walk the Prank') with a production crew led by Skot Bright (Disney's 'Walk the Prank'). 'Just Roll With It' will be previewed FRIDAY, JUNE 14 (9:45-10:15 p.m. EDT/PDT), before its official premiere WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19 (8:00-8:30 p.m. EDT/PDT), on Disney Channel and DisneyNOW.

Disney Channel has ordered 'Just Roll With It,' an innovative multi-camera sitcom from co-showrunners Adam Small and Trevor Moore (Disney XD's 'Walk the Prank'). The first-of-its-kind format is a hybrid of a scripted family comedy and an improvisational comedy, in which the studio audience members select the outcome of certain scenes while the cast just rolls with it.

Last week, the Ohio Artists Gathering celebrated the finale of its inaugural year with presentations of two original shows. The first, Summer of '63 written by York Walker (LA), directed by Alan Bomar Jones (Dayton), and featuring Kendra Lucas (CBus), Shanelle Marie (CBus), Tobie Windham (LA), Asher Grodman (NYC), Lateefah Holder (LA), Taylor Moss (CBus), and John Stewart (NYC). The second, Cubicle Farm written and directed by Broadway actor Asa Somers and featuring Broadway actor Mike Faist. A trio of popular comedy series for kids age 6-14 have received third season orders -- Disney Channel's 'Stuck in the Middle' from executive producer Linda Videtti Figueiredo, 'BUNK'D' from executive producer Pamela Eells O'Connell and Disney XD's 'Walk the Prank' from executive producers Adam Small and Trevor Moore. Production on each will resume in the fall.

The acclaimed Fiasco Theater production of 'Into the Woods' opened April 5, 2017, at Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre and plays through May 14, 2017. The celebrated new production of the Tony Award-winning musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine, is directed by Noah Brody and Ben Steinfeld. Disney XD has ordered a second season of WALK THE PRANK its broadly-appealing hit series that blends scripted comedy with real hidden-camera pranks.

Disney XD and Disney Channel will debut a 'sneak preview' of the innovative new series that blends scripted comedy with real hidden-camera pranks, 'Walk the Prank,' on April Fools' Day, FRIDAY, APRIL 1 (6:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. EDT). The 'Walk the Prank' cast Cody Veith ('Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn'), Bryce Gheisar ('A Dog's Purpose'), Jillian Shea Spaeder ('Theatre and Me's the Bully'), Brandon Severs ('The Neighbors') and Tobie Windham ('The Wesley's') will host the sneak preview. Disney XD will also air prank-themed episodes of its popular series 'Gamer's Guide to Pretty Much Everything' and 'Lab Rats: Bionic Island,' among others. Following the sneak preview, 'Walk the Prank' will air in its regular time slot on Wednesday nights at 8:30 p.m. EDT on Disney XD.

Disney XD has ordered 'Walk the Prank,' a series that blends comedic storytelling with hidden camera reality pranks. It was announced today by Adam Bonnett, Executive Vice President, Original Programming, Disney Channels Worldwide. Created by Adam Small ('MAD TV,' 'Jamie Kennedy Experiment') and Trevor Moore ('Whitest Kids U Know'), 'Walk the Prank' will begin production in January and is scheduled to premiere in 2016.
