Streamed Recording of THE WOLVES to be Presented by Lincoln Center Theater


PRIVATE REELS: FROM THE LCT ARCHIVES, streamed recordings of outstanding LCT productions in their entirety, will continue on Thursday, July 22 with the Lincoln Center Theater production of the Drama Desk and Obie award-winning, THE WOLVES by Sarah DeLappe, directed by Lila Neugebauer.

On Saturday, May 22nd at 7:00pm EST, Play-PerView will live stream AYA or Dear Lover by Fernanda Coppel (King Liz, “How To Get Away With Murder”).  Directed by Estefania Fadul, this production will feature Raul Castillo (“Looking,” “Atypical”), Tina Huang (“Rizzoli & Isles,” “Arrow”), and Roxana Ortega (“The Casagrandes,” “American Vandal”).

Breaking: SIX DEGREES OF SEPARATION Will Conclude Broadway Run Early


John Guare's Six Degrees of Separation, directed by Trip Cullman and starring seven-time Emmy Award winner Allison Janney, Tony Award winner John Benjamin Hickey and Tony Award nominee Corey Hawkins, will close on Sunday, June 18, 2017. It will have played 21 previews and 63 regular performances. The production began previews Wednesday, April 5 and opened Tuesday, April 25 at the Barrymore Theatre (243 West 47th Street).

The American Theatre Wing (Heather Hitchens, President) and The Village Voice (Peter Barbey, Owner) are thrilled to announce the winners of the 62nd Annual Obie Awards®. Jennifer Kidwell & Scott R. Sheppard's Underground Railroad Game, produced by Ars Nova, and J.T. Roger's Oslo, produced by Lincoln Center Theater, shared the Obie Awards for Best New American Theatre Work, which is accompanied by a $500 prize each. Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Paula Vogel received a special Obie Award for Lifetime Achievement. Obie and Screen Actors Guild® Award-winning actress Lea DeLaria returned as host of this year's ceremony, which was held at Webster Hall (125 East 11th Street). Less Than Rent Theatre announced today that f**k MARRY KILL (FMK), a Jacobean revenge comedy set in suburban Connecticut, would perform readings open to industry professionals on May 22nd and 23rd. The play was written by James Presson and will be directed by Sash Bischoff. It was previously developed at the Lincoln Center Lab.
