Presented under the summer stars at Forest Meadows in San Rafael from June 23 to Sept. 24, Marin Shakespeare Company's 28th season features 'Much Ado About Nothing,' 'The Three Musketeers' and 'Love's Labour's Lost.' The summer season will feature a non-repertory schedule, with designated performance runs for each production with shows at 8 p.m. Todays and Saturdays; 4 p.m. Sundays; and 8 p.m. on select Sundays.

Highly regarded as one of Harold Pinter's masterpieces, and winner of the 1979 Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Play, Betrayal has enjoyed several successful productions and revivals around the world since its opening in London in 1978.

Betrayal will be the third production of Capital Stage's 2016-17 Season: Love + War, and will run from January 25 - February 26, 2017 with a Press Opening on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 8pm.

TheatreWorks, the nationally acclaimed theatre of Silicon Valley, presents the Regional Premiere of Lauren Gunderson's SILENT SKY, directed by Meredith McDonough. An exquisite blend of science, history, and romance, this sparkling drama tells the story of Henrietta Leavitt, an early 20th century woman who made startling discoveries in the man's world of astronomy. The first 2014 production from prolific Bay Area playwright Lauren Gunderson, SILENT SKY plays January 15 - February 9, 2014 (press opening January 18) at TheatreWorks at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts. As it looks towards celebrating its 25th Anniversary season in 2014, Marin Shakespeare Company wraps up its current summer season this weekend presenting final performances of its outdoor productions of 'All's Well That Ends Well' at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27 and Saturday, Sept. 28 and 'A Comedy of Errors' at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29.

Marin Shakespeare Company launched its 2013 outdoor summer season with what is believed to be the West Coast premiere of Thomas Kyd's 'The Spanish Tragedy.' The outdoor production, featuring Julian Lopez-Morillas as Hieronimo, continues with performances through Aug. 11 at Forest Meadows Amphitheatre in San Rafael, Calif. Marin Theatre Company's The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by Le Clanche du Rand, based on the book by CS Lewis, will be directed by Jessa Berkner and feature Reggie White and Elena Wright in performances today, February 24, 11:00 a.m. at Mill Valley Public Library, 375 Throckmorton Avenue in Mill Valley and Saturday, March 16th, 11:00 a.m. at Belvedere-Tiburon Library, 1501 Tiburon Boulevard in Tiburon.

This summer the Marin Shakespeare Company sets its outdoor stage for politics, enchantment, romance and comedy presenting 'King John,' 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' and the Bay Area premiere of 'The Liar.' The season begins with previews on July 6 and continues with performances (presented in repertory) through Sept. 30, 2012.
