NETworks Presentations and the producers of THE BOOK OF MORMON North American Tour have announced new casting as the musical prepares for another season on the road. Winner of nine Tony Awards, including Best Musical, THE BOOK OF MORMON launched a new North American tour in September 2022, playing more than 50 cities since then. New cities for the 2023-2024 season include Providence, Ft. Lauderdale, Seattle, Boston, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Washington DC, San Antonio, and many more.

Our favorite doorbell-ringing devotional devotees are back in Sacramento with a new and improved version of the Tony Award-winning hit, The Book of Mormon.  It’s been four years since they brought the good word of the creators of South Park (Trey Parker and Matt Stone) and Avenue Q (Robert Lopez), and we are ready for a refresher! 

Stage One will welcome Deborah Lincoln as incoming Chair of the Board of Trustees. She takes over the leadership of Stage One's Board from Mark Burch, who was Chair for the previous five years.

A new non-equity national tour of THE BOOK OF MORMON, the winner of nine Tony Awards® including Best Musical, will launch this September and visit over 50 cities across the U.S., including 29 where the show has never played before.

In Autumn 2022, Stage One and Perfect Pitch will work together to award outstanding emerging producers an increased level of financial support for both the producer and the project to allow meaningful development of new British musicals to take place.

1820 THE MUSICAL at the Covey Center for the Arts is the world premiere of a moving, modern new musical about Joseph and Emma Smith. With a HAMILTON-inspired physical production and strong musical score mirroring THE GREATEST SHOWMAN (both also recent musicals about 19th-century visionaries), and book reminiscent of the Temple Square visitors center film JOSEPH SMITH: PROPHET OF THE RESTORATION, it tells the oft-repeated story with contemporary sensibilities.

The Phoenix Theatre in London will reopen on 22 July and welcome audiences once again for the re-opening of international hit musical Come From Away.
