New York Madness has announced the schedule for its 2017-18 season, their second in residence with FRIGID New York @ Horse Trade at The Kraine Theater (85 East 4th Street between 2nd Avenue and Bowery).

David Davila returned to the Laurie Beechman Theatre in Times Square with an all-star Broadway cast to present: DAVID DAVILA & THE MAGIC TIME MACHINE, a time travel song extravaganza that reflects on revisiting mistakes you shouldn't have repeated. Lone Star Theatre Company is proud to announce the creation of the Robert Askins Playwright Fellowship. The Robert Askins Playwright Fellowship is a program created by award-winning playwright Robert Askins and Artistic Director David Davila, to give Texas playwrights living in New York City a home base to develop their new work. Each playwright will receive creative support from Lone Star Theatre Company through a tiered level of staged readings and developmental workshops in New York City, and will receive professional guidance from Askins and the Lone Star Theatre Co staff.

The   growing company, now in it's fourth season is also excited to announce the addition of playwright/producer Emily Comisar (Track Twelve) to the team. She joins Lone Star as the new managing director.

An industry reading of the new musical MANUEL VERSUS THE STATUE OF LIBERTY, which debuted in concert form at the New York Musical Theatre Festival, and won the 2014 NYMF Developmental Reading Series award, will be presented Jan. 28, 2015. The musical, directed by Jose Zayas, is an Official Grand Jury Selection of the 2015 New York Musical Theatre Festival.

David Davila's play MEN OF GOD will receive a staged reading for Lone Star Theatre Co's 2014/2015 'Texas Reads' series. The reading will be held tonight, Oct 10 and will be the second play by Davila to be read for 'Texas Reads.'

Lone Star Theatre Co will be presenting a series of readings and concerts by Texas playwrights and composers as part of their third season in NYC.

After a very successful debut concert with Sueño Pop: A Latin Pop Concert, Jose Sepulveda and SepLo Productions present the second concert in the #sueñopop series, Sueño Pop: Crossover.
