Experience the world premiere of the original musical COMMON GROUND by TADA! Youth Theater.

Tada! Youth Theater will perform the original musical B.O.T.C.H. this month. Performances will run January 27, 2024 through February 18, 2024.

The Drama Desk award-winning TADA! Youth Theater has revealed its 2024 season marking its 39th Anniversary.

Students and performers from performing arts public high schools in Los Angeles, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, and one youth theater in New York, concepted and produced their own unique rendition of the iconic musical ballad, “Louder than Words,” from tick, tick,..BOOM!, a biographical retelling of Larson’s life.

The producers of LOVE, REPEAT, a romantic family comedy directed by Shelagh Carter and written by Bill Connington, have just released a second music video for the film.

In response to systemic racism in theater and the global pandemic, TADA!, a unique Drama Desk award-winning nonprofit youth theater, has announced new initiatives and programs to support equity, diversity, and inclusion in its artistic work, education programs and employment practices. TADA! is taking action to provide equity for all people.

With the roster still building, Theater for the New City has currently scheduled over 150 performing arts organizations, independent artists, poets, puppeteers and film makers for its 25th annual Lower East Side Festival of the Arts, which will be mounted virtually for the first time May 22 to 24, 2020.

On March 2, 2020, TADA! Youth Theater celebrated its 35th Anniversary Gala honoring Tony award winner Jason Robert Brown and Harold Arlen Award and Sue Brewer Award winner Georgia Stitt. Held at Tribeca 360 in Manhattan, the event welcomed 180 guests and raised $160,000 for the nonprofit.

 In this a?oekid's guide to being a kid,a?? both children and adults will laugh along to comical numbers such as How to Torture Your Sister, How to Beg for a Dog, How to Understand Your Parents, How to Stay Home from School and many more. TADA! was the first company to stage this musical in 1984 without any adult actors, and it went on to be produced as a TV special starring Dick Van Dyke in 1991. The Dangerous Christmas of Red Riding Hood is a hilarious take on the Red Riding Hood story told from the wolf's point of view, with Music by Jule Styne, Lyrics by Bob Merrill and Book by Robert Emmett. TADA! was the first company to perform this musical on stage.

The Dangerous Christmas of Red Riding Hood was written in the 1960s, and the young actors from TADA! Youth Theater will take to the stage post-performances on November 30th and December 6th to focus on why it is important to do this show now, how it relates to modern culture, and what we can learn by hearing the Wolf's side of the story in this classic tale. Director Janine Nina Trevens and Choreographer Joanna Garcia will also participate in the Q&A.

The Dangerous Christmas of Red Riding Hood is a hilarious take on the Red Riding Hood story told from the Wolf's point of view, book by Robert Emmett, lyrics by Bob Merrill and music by Jule Styne. TADA! was the first company to perform this musical on stage. It was originally produced as a TV special in 1965 featuring Liza Minnelli, Cyril Richard and Vic Damone. Performances run from November 23 through December 15, 2019. The production will be directed by Janine Nina Trevens, TADA!'s Founder and Producing Artistic Director, and choreographed by Joanna Greer, TADA!'s Associate Artistic Director and Resident Choreographer.

Does Claire go outside and does she stay there? And what happens to Computer?
