BroadwayWorld is saddened to report the passing of Emmy, Drama Desk, and Tony nominated lyricist and librettist, Ellen Fitzhugh.

Musical director Joseph Thalken will be accompanying one of his long-time collaborators Patti LuPone in her cabaret show Don’t Monkey with Broadway February 9, 2023 at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

Today’s subject Michael John LaChuisa is currently living his theatre life as the composer for the upcoming production of Our Town at Shakespeare Theatre Company. The production runs May 12th through June 11th in STC’s Sidney Harman Hall and features (wait for it) a FULL cast of DC performers.

A private industry reading of Fall of '94 will be produced by Alabama Shakespeare Festival with a grant from the Shen Family Foundation on March 17th, 2022.
