This past Sunday, March 17th, Peridance Contemporary Dance Company, under the artistic direction of Igal Perry, put on a matinee show to inspire. The show consisted of five pieces, three of which were choreographed by guest artists, and three of which were world premieres.

360° Dance Company presents an evening including the World Premieres of Regular Chain of Being, choreographed by Lauri Stallings, and Near Dark, choreographed by Artistic Director Martin Lofsnes, from October 18-20, 2012 at Alvin Ailey Citigroup Theater, 405 West 55th Street, NYC. Casting has been announced for the 15th annual Perry-Mansfield New Works Festival (http://perry-mansfield.org/events/3/new-works-festival/) which brings performing arts professionals together in the Rocky Mountains to continue Perry-Mansfield's founding principle of nurturing new talent through new work.

Parsons Dance returns to the Manhattan Movement and Arts Center from June 6-7, 2012, with a program that includes Round My World, a new piece by David Parsons that debuted at the Joyce earlier this year, as well as the choreographer's stroboscopic masterwork Caught. The Friars Club established the Friars Foundation in 1977 as it's charitable arm. It's mission is to help performing arts groups create excellent innovative and affordable programs for the enrichment, education, and enjoyment of diverse audiences and participants.
