UK stage star Melanie La Barrie (& Juliet, Wicked) joins Thespie Creative Producer and Olivier nominee Aimie Atkinson (SIX, Pretty Woman) for a Thespie Thursday artist talk as part of our celebration of Black History Month (US).Melanie, who most recently starred in The National Theatre pantomime asBow Belles, will chat to Aimie about her career and the importance of diversity within the arts.The Thespie Thursday artist talks stream live on Thespie at 8pm GMT and can be viewed anywhere in the world. They are free to watch and will also be available to view on demand following the initial event.Thespie is offering programming throughout February that highlights the achievements of Black theatre artists and LGBTQ theatre artists, includingtwo concerts for charity: The Road to Prominence, which supports Black Lives Matter UK, and Break Free, which supports Stonewall UK.
