Some of the strongest musical moments I have experienced are those in which Philip Burgess and I play duo-just the two of us on stage, "said Rolf Løvland. Where we really are in contact via the music. Although we usually have with a full band, we always make sure to keep some moments for us even to really let the music, in all its simplicity, speak for themselves.
We have long gone with a desire to create an album solely with the duos. With "Just The Two Of Us", we will perform the music that the original is made-stripped down and in its most intimate version. We are on a show back to the roots, and it feels really right, "said Philip Burgess Sherry.
Our concerts will have an intimate program-almost give a sense of "to be the home of"-with little stories between the melodies that tells about the music and about the Secret Garden.
