Earthquakes, tidal waves, infernos, and...70's music?Disaster! A Musical is a hilarious spoof on those 70's disaster movies we've all grown to love (or hate). Taking place in 1979 Manhattan, the stage is set to gala the opening night of the first floating casino and discothque in New York, which just so happens to be called the "Barracuda". Unaware of what is to come, the...interesting...group of characters, along with the boat's lack of safety measures, becomes no match for the disasters ahead. This "far out" show is guaranteed to have you laughing, crying, singing along, and wanting more.
Including the well-known songs of: Hot Stuff, Saturday Night, I Am Woman, Still the One, Feelings, Knock On Wood, When Will I Be Loved, Don't Cry Out Loud, I Will Survive, Daybreak, and more!
SHOW DATES: February 7th at 8:00pm, February 8th at 8:00pm, February 9th at 2:00pm, February 14th at 8:00pm, February 15th at 8:00pm, February 16th at 2:00pm.
Some of the show's proceeds will benefit the New York Aquarium to adopt an endangered black footed penguin and in donation to the aquarium itself for research, rescue, and animal care.
Ages: Due to some mature language, parental guidance is suggested.
