Josh Ritter, an Idaho-born singer-songwriter has been called one of the “10 Most Exciting Artists Now” by Entertainment Weekly and one of the “100 Best Living Songwriters” by Paste Magazine.
The New York Times praises: “Josh Ritter has a way with metaphor. It’s one of the literary touches in his music that have established him among the cream of the young singer-songwriter crop.”
His sixth studio album, The Beast In It’s Tracks, was released in March to critical acclaim with NPR Music calling it “gorgeous and glorious.” In 2011, Ritter made his debut as a published author with his New York Times best-selling novel, Bright’s Passage.
