STUART –SPRING AWAKENING is a rock musical set in late-19th century Germany. This "coming-of-age" musical tells the story of teenagers discovering the inner and outer tumult of their lives. These teens express themselves through their "break out" rocking songs as they scrutinize their world and figure out how to survive. Winner of 8 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Direction, Best Book and Best Score. The production also garnered 4 Drama Desk Awards and a Grammy Award.
