MISSION POSSIBLE: The Last Cendol is about three senior citizens – Chan, Mat and Sugi who spend their boring lives in an old folk home until one day, a new resident, Mona – ex Miss Pesta Pulau Pinang, walks into their lives. While they compete with each other to win her heart, they form a very strong friendship. But all hell breaks loose when Mona persuades them to sneak her out of the home for a bowl of cendol. Will they risk getting caught by Miss Rosie – their obnoxious caretaker and Siha, her Burmese lover? Or will they do anything it takes to win Mona’s heart? Sounds like a mission possible? For the sake of a bowl of cendol, anything is possible-lah!.
The show is directed by Kent Tan, written by Fa Abdul with a cast comprising Ming Lee, Hilda Looi, Iki Putra, Vick Viknesh, Maggie Lee, Sky Woon with Douglas Wong, Kenneth Teoh Wai Choy. MISSION POSSIBLE: The Last Cendol is a stage comedy that is filled with the rhythm and tunes of K-pop, Hindustan and P. Ramlee together with dance, hilarious scenes and the craziness of old folks.
