When the Weston clan reunites following the disappearance of the family patriarch, their Oklahoma family homestead explodes in a maelstrom of repressed truths and unsettling secrets. This major new play by two-time Tony winner Tracy Letts unflinchingly and uproariously exposes the dark side of the American family. Originally produced by Chicago's legendary Steppenwolf Theatre Company, the play received the 2008 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and five Tony Awards, including Best Play. Soon to be released as a major motion picture in the fall of 2013, starring Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Sam Shepard, Ewan McGregor, Juliette Lewis, Dermot Mulroney and Abigail Breslin.
