Lady Injustice is an absurdist cowboy melodrama set around 1865 in the American Wild West and Victorian London. Through comedy the play addresses themes of gender, grief, and the dangers of living for revenge. The story follows Althea Wilson, a young woman rancher pursued by her delusional "fiance" on a quest for vengeance after Donovan Hickock, a criminal and outlaw, shoots and kills her best friend; a ranch hand named Marcus.
