The proposal to build the staging of Shakespeare's Tempest in translation and interpreting by Eduardo De Filippo, coming in 1985 by the Biennale di Venezia in the person of Franco Quadri, instantly alluring. The poetic force of Eduardo in return, through the richness of the Neapolitan language, the "popular" size of a text full of philosophical and intellectual interpretations, she appeared as the perfect junction point with the puppet theatre capable of making tangible the imagination through spells and incantations on centre stage. So the storm has become a fable in which moves a world of colours, sounds, allegories and symbols: the world of theatrical magic.
