A Druze restaurant with political ambitions buys the country's chametz and pays dearly for it

Ayub Hasbani, the owner of the first Druze restaurant in Israel, an Israeli patriot with political ambitions, receives a tempting offer - to buy all the chametz of the country on Passover. Ayub is confident that this is his business and political breakthrough, and he does win fifteen minutes of fame, but also makes an awkward and unexpected discovery about his family, a discovery that puts Job in a thicker chick than chickpea, stickier than baklava and sharper than Arisa.
