Seeking Village Theatre is seeking actors, singers and dancers for our 2012-2013 season.
The season includes four musicals (BIG RIVER, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, a new musical TRAILS, CHICAGO) and one play (The Mousetrap) for the Mainstage.
Preparation Actors auditioning for musicals should prepare two contrasting songs (16 bars) and one monologue. Actors auditioning for the play only should prepare two contrasting monologues, one of which should be in an English accent.
Other Dates Throughout the season there are readings, workshops, and developmental productions from Village Theatre’s Village Originals new musical program as well.
Other For BIG RIVER, Village Theatre has a specific need for African-American performers.
Village Theatre contracts last between 14-16 weeks for mainstage shows.
