Equity encourages everyone participating in the auditions to wear a two-ply cloth face mask, surgical mask, singer’s mask or respirator (N95, KN95 or KF94). Single-ply face masks, gaiters and bandanas are not recommended. Singer’s masks can be found at www.broadwayreliefproject.com/singersmask. We encourage members to prepare for their audition prior to arriving at the audition venue, to the extent that they can (e.g., get dressed, hair/make-up, etc.) to avoid crowding in bathrooms and dressing rooms. The company has won numerous Best awards both BroadwayWorld and Connecticut Critics' Circle Awards, including the prestigious Killen Award for Outstanding Contribution to Professional Theatre, joining Long Wharf, Hartford Stage and the Westport Playhouse. SYNOPSIS: One fateful night, Brad Majors and his fiancée, Janet Weiss — a wholesome, well behaved, utterly normal young couple in love — innocently set out to visit an old professor. Unfortunately for them, this night out is destined to be one they will never forget. A thunderstorm and a flat tire force them to seek help at the castle of Dr. Frank ’N’ Furter, an alien, transvestite scientist with a manic genius and insatiable libido. Brad, Janet, and Frank’ N’ Furter’s cohorts are swept up into the scientist’s latest experiment. The night’s misadventures will cause Brad and Janet to question everything they’ve known about themselves, each other, love, and lust. A loving homage to the classic B sci-fi film and horror genres with an irresistible rock’n’roll score, The Rocky Horror Show is a hilarious, wild ride that no audience will soon forget. SEEKING:

Magenta: 30s-40s, Rock 'n roller ala Joan Jett, one of Frank’s servants, maid of the castle, sister/lover of Riff Raff. Riff Raff: 40s, bari-tenor, One of Frank’s servants, a bit creepy, brother/lover of Magenta. Columbia: 20s-30s, Sexy cupie doll, belt, One of Frank’s servants, girlfriend of Eddie. Eddie/Dr. Scott: Eddie - 30s-40s, Rock n’ roll delivery man, boyfriend of Columbia. Dr. Scott - 40's, Government scientist. Rocky: 20s, Built, Frank’s muscle-man creation. Narrator: 50s-60s, Professorial, Tells the story of Brad & Janet to the audience.
