JANET VAN DE GRAAFF (female, 25-35; alto G3-E5) – CAST, seeking UNDERSTUDY. Star of Feldzieg’s Follies; conflicted about giving up her life on stage to marry Robert Martin; consummate 1920s starlet; strong movement and special skills (acrobatics, juggling a plus)

ROBERT MARTIN (male, 20-40; tenor C3-Ab4) – CAST, seeking UNDERSTUDY with guaranteed performances. Groom-to-be; deeply in love with Janet; the quintessential 1920s leading man; cheesy, cheerful, and optimistic; tap dance and roller skating required.

KITTY (female, 20-39; soprano comedic belt Bb3-F5) – Feldzieg’s dim-witted companion who has hopes of being a star

GEORGE (male, 20-49; tenor F3-Bb4) – Robert’s anxious, dim-witted best man who has Robert’s best interests at heart

TRIX THE AVIATRIX (female of color, 25-50; alto Ab3-Eb5) – Brave, brash female aviator who is recruited to perform a wedding

ENSEMBLE (females and males, 20-40) – Strong singing/dancing ensemble consisting of two men and one woman; strong tap skills required
