The Waiter: Male, 40s-60s. Has been working at the Plaza Suite Hotel for a long time.
One Actor to play Bellhop / Borden Eisler:
-Bellhop: Male, 20s. A young man who takes pride in his work.
-Borden Eisler: Male, 20s. Smart young man. Cool and confident.

One Actor to play Jean McCormack / Mimsey Hubley:
-Jean McCormack: Female, 20s. She is Sam’s secretary. She is a trim, attractive woman, about twenty-eight. She is neatly dressed, bright, cheerful and smilingly efficient.
-Mimsey Hubley: Female, Early 20s. A beautiful bride, in a formal wedding gown, with veil. Afraid of becoming like her parents.
SEEKING THE FOLLOWING OFFSTAGE POSITIONS:
One man to cover Sam Nash / Jesse Kiplinger / Roy Hubley:
-Sam Nash: Male, 50. Sam has just turned fifty but has made every effort to conceal it. He is trim, impeccably neat. His clothes are well tailored, although a bit on the junior executive side. Everything about Sam is measured, efficient, economic.
-Jesse Kiplinger: Male, 40s. He is a confident, self-assured man. He is applying after-shave lotion to his face. He is dressed in “Hollywood mod,” with a tan turtleneck sweater and tight blue suede pants. His shoes are highly polished and buckled. He has the latest-style haircut, with bangs falling over his forehead.
-Roy Hubley: Male, 50s. Roy is dressed in striped trousers, black tailcoat, the works. He looks elegant but He’s not too happy in this attire. He is a volatile, explosive man equipped to handle the rigors of the competitive business world, but a nervous, frightened man when it comes to the business of marrying off his only daughter.
One woman to cover Karen Nash / Muriel Tate / Norma Hubley:
-Karen Nash: Female, L40s. Karen is forty-eight years old, and SHE makes no bones about it. C’est la vie. She is a pleasant, affable woman who has let weight and age take their natural course.
-Muriel Tate: Female, 40s. is in her late thirties and is extremely attractive. SHE wears a bright-yellow spring coat and a simple, demure, high-necked gray dress which shows off her svelte, still girlish figure. Her hair falls simply to her shoulders, held back by a wide white band. MURIEL is a warm, easy, smiling woman who seems as naïve and vulnerable as the day SHE graduated from Tenafly High School.
-Norma Hubley: Female, 50s. She is dressed in a formal cocktail dress and a large hat, looking her very best, as any woman would want to on her daughter’s wedding day. But she is extremely nervous and harassed.
