Please include: •Your full name •Your preferred phone number •The role(s) for which you are most interested in being considered •Your requested audition time (please provide availability in at least 30-minute increments). Equity members without appointments will be seen throughout the audition day as time permits.

SPT $699/week

SEEKING

A company of actors for Pittsburgh CLO’s production of FOREVER PLAID. Pittsburgh CLO is committed to diversity and inclusion. We encourage performers of all ethnicities, gender identities and expressions, ages, abilities, and body types to audition.

PREPARATION

Please bring:
Sheet music for your audition song selections; Your audition book; A resume and headshot; A completed Audition Application

Paper copies will also be available on the day of auditions.

Please prepare: An up-tempo (16 bars) and ballad (16 bars), simple and direct, that shows you; these are “regular” guys. This is not Doo-Wop or Barbershop singing.

Please be prepared to clear your schedule on Monday, August 26 (Hours TBD) for callbacks.

An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of audition.

BREAKDOWN

Characters are all male, 20’s – 30’s, any ethnicity. Excellent singer/actors, able to sing tight harmony arrangements in the 1950’s -60’s style of The Four Lads, The Four Aces, The Hi-Lo’s, etc.

JINX: High Tenor

FRANKIE: High Baritone/Second Tenor

SPARKY: Baritone/ Tenor

SMUDGE: Bass
