Preparation 2 minutes of a musical theatre selection in the correct key. Accompanist provided.

Breakdown
SHREK Shrek: 30s-40s, an ogre, has spent most of his life as an outcast, living in a swamp far from civilization. Seeking actor with a powerful presence, great wit, and a rock voice, should be able to sing to an A. Must have believable Scottish dialect. Princess Fiona: 20s-30s, has spent most of her life locked in a dragon-guarded castle, reading fairytales about damsels being rescued by handsome and charming princes, She’s a too-smart, outspoken, tough-as-nails girl who can't help burping or launching into hand-to-hand combat when the si Donkey: 20s-30s, Shrek's self-appointed sidekick, as charming as he is clingy, a bright-eyed motor mouth whose eagerness and quick wit barely disguise his desperate need for a friend. Seeking an R&B vibe performer with great comic skill. Lord Farquaad: 30s-40s, a pompous and power-hungry little villain with a raging Napoleon complex and an intense dislike of all fairytale creatures. Seeking an actor with very short stature or willing to perform on knees.
GRAND NIGHT FOR SINGING 3 Women, 2 Men. Looking for a cast of star soloists who can harmonize well, and move effortlessly onstage. Everyone must be excellent with choreography. Martin: Leading Man, Baritone. Must move well Lynne: Leading Lady, Soprano. Must move well Victoria: Comic Ingenue, Second soprano. Must move well Jason: Comic Juvenile, Tenor. Must move well. Alyson: Soubrette, Alto, Dancer.
GREASE Danny: The leader of the “T-Birds”. Well built, good looking, with an air of cool, easy going charm. Strong and confident. Must be a triple threat Kenickie: Second-in-command of the “T-Birds”. Tough looking, tattooed, surly, avoids any show of softness. Must be a triple threat. Vince Fontaine: (Adult) a typical ‘teen audience’ radio disc jockey. Slick, egotistical, fast-talking. A veteran ‘greaser’. Teen Angel: A good looking, falsetto voiced crooner. Considering “Little Richard” type or as female Aretha Franklin type. Sandy: Sweet, wholesome, naïve, cute, like Sandra Dee of the ‘Gidget’ movies. Must be able to play sassy and sultry after her transformation. Must be triple threat. Rizzo: Leader of the “Pink Ladies”. She is tough, sarcastic and outspoken, but vulnerable. Must be triple threat. Roller-skating skills a plus. Miss Lynch: The Rydell High School Head Mistress. Strict, demanding teacher, who would like to consider herself ‘hip’, but she definitely isn’t.
