Actor/singers for various roles. All MUST be versatile with comedic flair. Also must be able to carry tight harmonies. NOTE: All should have strong pop chops for country croonin'.

Breakdown

ALL ACTORS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO AUDITION, REHEARSE, AND TRAVEL FROM NYC.
ALL ACTORS WILL BE SIGNED AS ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS and will be required, as such, to lift scenery and sound equipment during daily load-in and load outs.

This is a musical based on the popular book CLICK CLACK MOO . All MUST be versatile with comedic flair. Also must be able to carry tight harmonies. NOTE: All should have strong pop chops for country croonin'.

Seeking:

JENNY
Female, must be 5’ to 5’4” and age 18+ to play a spunky tween who can’t stand to sit by while her grandfather’s cows are being mistreated. Also plays a chicken with a very short fuse. MEZZO-SOP with Pop Belt.

MADDY
Female 18+ to play a rabble-rousing cow. Feisty, fiery, outspoken, sick and tired of taking a backseat. A bovine Norma Rae. Seeking an actress with a large physical presence. MEZZO WITH HIGH BELT.

DARLENE
Female 18+ to play a perky, sunny, well-mannered cow, she has grace, southern charm, and great administrative skills. SOPRANO.

LORETTA
Male 18+ to play a Slow-moving, slow-thinking, blue-collar-type cow. Keeps head down to avoid conflict, but when pushed to the wall stands up and bellows with a power that blows everybody away. Played by a man. BARITONE.

FARMER BROWN
Male 18+ to play a grandfather, an old fashioned mid-western farmer. Loves things exactly the way they are and the way they’ve always been. Also plays a chicken with a very short fuse. BARI-TENOR.

DUCK
Male, non-Caucasian 18+, Party animal, always looking for a good time. Lazy, boastful, irritatingly in love with himself, especially his feathery tail. Also plays a chicken with a very short fuse.. Think young James Brown. BARITENOR.
