Please prepare a contemporary monologue, 2 minutes or less. Please bring a photo and resume, stapled back-to-back.

Seeking (all roles are available):

Howard:

60. Reticent. Retired electrician. Words are his hobby.

May:

Sixty. Vilified stepmother to Howard's kids Sue and Sam. Factory worker. Not very optimistic.

Sam:

20. Computer nerd. Lazy. Loves junk food. Can't wait to leave home.

Sue:

21. Promiscuous; a bar tramp with a potty mouth.

Oz:

African American, 28. Newly met and invited over by Sue. Good-hearted, self-educated. Gift of gab. Entrepreneur of merchandise from dubious sources. Wants to be a part of the family.
