Pontiac Theatre IV Celebrates 50 Seasons With 50 BY IV, A Musical Revue

Pontiac Theatre IV is proud to celebrate its 50th season with 50 By IV, a musical revue highlighting a variety of songs from previous Pontiac Theatre IV shows. The revue will be presented at the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac on Friday, April 27th, 2018, and at the Pontiac Creative Arts Center on Saturday, April 28th, 2018. Guys and Dolls, Fiddler on the Roof, The Producers, Into the Woods, Annie, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and Grease are only a few of the shows that will be represented in this fun revue.

A talented cast of twelve will bring the assortment of songs to life, including: Karen Brody (Waterford), Lissin Lev Chaya (originally from Huntington Woods, flying in from Pacifica, CA), Steven Cunningham (Clarkston), Matthew Cross (Clarkston), Don DeLaire (Pontiac), DoReann Dieck (Waterford), Janet Jimenez (Pontiac), Udi Kapen (Bloomfield), Emma Lockwood (Ferndale), McKinley Shaw (Waterford), Shayna Shaw (Waterford), and Camy Sylvestre (Ferndale). The show is emceed by Laura Johns (Waterford) and AmandaJane Rhodes (Oxford), produced by John Tonner (Novi), and music directed by Shari Fiore (Shelby Township).

Friday's performance on April 27th will be a dinner theatre held at the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac (3600 Centerpoint Parkway, Pontiac). Tickets are $50 a person and include the cost of a full menu dinner and open bar. Tickets are currently available online at http://pontiactheatreiv.com/ and must be ordered in advance. Saturday's performance on April 28th will be held at the Pontiac Creative Arts Center (47 Williams Street, Pontiac). Tickets are available online or can be purchased at the door for $15 a person ($5 for Pontiac Theatre IV members).

Pontiac Theatre IV began as a summer venture in 1969 with what was then the Pontiac Parks and Recreation Department (now Community and Human Services) of the City of Pontiac. Over the years we have enjoyed the support of local business and industry, the Pontiac schools, and the City of Pontiac, which still provides space for storage and rehearsals. As a community theatre, the group welcomes the participation of all interested people.
