Go Comedy! Announces Weekly Summer Lineup

Go Comedy!, Detroit's award winning improv theater, is set to bring "S'more" original shows and Michigan's best improvisers to the stage with S'more Money, S'more Problems,The Cowards, and five nights of professional improv every week. Tickets ($5 - $15) for all Go Comedy! performances are on sale now at www.gocomedy.net or in person at the Go Comedy! box office beginning at 6:00 pm Wednesday - Sunday evening. S'more Money, S'more Problems
S'more Money, S'more Problems, Go Comedy!'s 14th sketch comedy revue, takes place over the course of one summer at Camp Wikipedia. Campers, counselors and parents converge on the camp to learn about sex, friendship and the joys of the outdoors (and occasionally indoors.) Directed by Pj Jacokes (Ferndale) with assistance from Travis Pelto (Ferndale), S'more Money, S'more Problemsis written by and features Rj Cach (Dearborn), Christa Coulter (Royal Oak), Erik Heilner (Howell), Suzie Jacokes (Ferndale), Tim Kay (Ferndale) and Dez Walker (Royal Oak). Performance times are 8:00 pm Thursday & Friday evenings June 13 - August 2. Tickets ($15) are on sale now atwww.gocomedy.net.

The Cowards
Beginning June 20th, The Cowards will present 60 Minutes of strange, yet funny Improv. Twisting and warping a large number of suggestions from the audience they fearfully explore the outer limits of improv, humor and common decency. The Cowards are Michelle Giorlando (Ferndale), Jen Hansen (Madison Heights), Joe Hingelberg (Ferndale), AaRon Johnstone (Ferndale), Clint Lohman (Ferndale), James Quesada (Ferndale) and Jeremy St. Martin (Wyandotte), directed by Dan Izzo (Ypsilanti). The Cowards appears at 10:00 pm Thursday evenings June 20 - August 15. Tickets ($10) are on sale now at www.gocomedy.net.

Name This Show
Beginning in June, Go Comedy! will present a new FREE late night show on Friday and Saturday evenings. Beginning at Midnight, the cast of the evening's All Star Showdown will return to the stage for a FREE 20-30 minute performance of Name This Show. With a few suggestions from the audience, including the name of the show, Go Comedy! will create a fully improvised soap opera. During Name This Show the Go Bar will also feature drink specials and promotions.
