New Musical Adaptation of TREASURE ISLAND & More Announced for The Aurora Fox's 38 Season

For the first time since 2020, the Aurora Fox Arts Center will present a full season of four mainstage shows and two smaller black box shows. The Aurora Fox’s 38th season will include Joan Didion’s theatrical adaption of her best-selling memoir, “The Year of Magical Thinking;” the Colorado premieres of “Futurity” by César Alvarez and The Lisps and more.

Live Theatre Returns to the Aurora Fox Arts Center This Fall

On Friday September 18, the Aurora Fox Arts Center in Aurora, Colorado will do something it hasn't done since March 12:  host an actual audience of real, live human beings.

Consisting entirely of shows that feature small casts of six or fewer actors, the Aurora Fox's 36th season will include Cameron Mackintosh's musical revue, a?oeTomfoolery;a?? Langston Hughes' holiday song-play, a?oeBlack Nativity;a?? a?oeThe Paviliona?? by Craig Wright; a?oeQueens Girl in the Worlda?? by Caleen Sinnette Jennings; and a contemporary reboot of a Lewis Carroll classic, a?oeWonderland: Alice's Rock & Roll Adventure,a?? by Rachel Rockwell and Michael Mahler. 

The Colorado Theatre Guild Announces 14th Annual Henry Award Nominations

The Colorado Theatre Guild's 14th Annual Henry Awards will take place Monday, July 22, 2019 at the Lone Tree Arts Center, located at 10075 Commons St. Lone Tree, CO 80124. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails and the awards ceremony will begin at 7 p.m., followed by a catered reception at the Lone Tree Arts Center. Tickets are $35 for CTG members, $40 non-members or $50 at the door. Athena Project Announces Playwrights For The 8th Annual Plays In Progress Series

Plays In Progress is a unique program to fostering new works by women playwrights. Each Spring playwrights are invited to submit previously unproduced plays which are read and scored by a team of readers.
