The Reedy Point Players present William Shakespeare's, Romeo + Juliet, directed by the award winning director, Erin Miller. This will be a modern version of the play, taking place in 2018 New York City, while the Shakespearian langue will remain the same.
This classic story of Romeo + Juliet is about a long feud between the Montague and the Capulet families. Their rivalry disrupts New York City as Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet fall in love with each other.The two defy expectations from their family as they enter a secret marriage and chaos erupts soon afterwards....
