The Wooden Floor returns to live performance in triumph! The nations top artists and designers work in collaboration to adapt the organizations contemporary dance performance into a site-specific spectacular for youth from low-income communities to again have the opportunity to co-create and express themselves. Using the organizations Ernesto M. Vasquez-designed space, which our students refer to as their second home, these young dancers harness this platform for success theyve always known and add their distinctive points of view to produce a poignant and ground-breaking experience. The Wooden Floors work has drawn national accolades and now reaches another level of artistic achievement, while emerging from the midst of the pandemic, showing the resiliency of our community and leaving audiences inspired.Event details When: July 15, 2021, at 7:00pm; July 16-17 and July 23-24, 2021, at 6:00pm and 8:30pm nightly Where: The Wooden Floor Main Street Location 1810 North Main Street, Santa Ana, CA 92706 Tickets: $20 General Admission; $10 seating for children under 13 and students.
