What's this musical dark comedy about?
This honest look at modern adult relationships is considered a trailblazer, and is the winner of seven Tony Awards. On the night of his 35th birthday, confirmed bachelor, Robert, contemplates his unmarried state. Over the course of a series of events, the habitually single Robert is forced to question his adamant retention of bachelorhood during a hilarious array of interactions. Featuring songs like "You Could Drive a Person Crazy," "Getting Married Today," "Marry Me a Little," "Side by Side by Side," "Barcelona," "The Ladies Who Lunch," and "Being Alive," the production is full of laughter, love, and the reality of relationships.

Cleveland Play House is deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Managing Director Kevin Moore. Moore died possibly due to a pulmonary embolism or heart attack on the morning of Saturday, October 24, 2020. He was 59 years old.
