Arkansas Repertory Theatre seeks an experienced Wardrobe Supervisor/Stitcher to insure smoothly-run performances and preserve the integrity of the original costume design for each production. Responsibilities include coordinating and conducting costume changes, training all dressers, maintaining and repairing costumes, and organizing strike. This position requires knowledge AEA theatrical practices. When not in production, the Wardrobe Supervisor/Stitcher assists in the costume shop as needed and must have stitching and basic costume and craft construction skills. The ideal candidate must excel at meeting deadlines, be dependable, flexible, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and computer skills are a must. Basic wig maintenance is required. Positive attitude is essential. This is a full-time, year-round salaried position with benefits. This position works evenings and weekends. Ideal starting date is Jan. 2, 2019. Position will remain open until filled.
