Producer/Director wanted for San Diego-based musical in 2017 - Whisper Productions

Whisper Productions is looking to hire a Producer/Director (or two people) to help mount a production of an original musical, “Angels On Broadway,” by Jenifer Whisper.



The ideal producer will have effective skills in fundraising, marketing, and launching successful theatre works. The producer will also have connections and resources in the local theatre community.



The ideal director will have considerable directorial experience; have connections and resources in the local theatre community; have inspired creativity to bring out the magical theme of the musical.



Profit sharing and compensation details negotiable.



We are currently checking out performance venues in San Diego, CA and would like to produce a run in summer/ fall 2017.



The show is based on the life of Jenifer Whisper and her innate gift for bringing through songs even though she had no formal musical training. She is known today as The Song Whisperer. Through the use of her Celestial Telephone Jenifer receives original songs from legendary songwriters on The Other Side whom she refers to as My Stars Above.
