Lead Teaching Artist, Associate Lead Teaching Artist, and Teaching Artists - Syracuse Stage

Syracuse Stage is partnering with the Syracuse City School District to provide full-time arts and theatre programing in schools to supplement the K-8 curriculum. Syracuse Stage is searching for a Lead Teaching Artist, an Associate Lead Teaching Artist, and eleven Teaching Artists. The team will work with existing Syracuse Stage education staff to develop and implement curriculum in the Syracuse City School District and to drive student success. Applicants should demonstrate a proven track record of work towards educational equity, excellent interpersonal skills, impeccable attention to detail, and extensive in classroom experience. Applicants may be skilled in any of the following disciplines:

● Improvisation (Devising, movement, comedy)

● Acting (scene study, performance)

● Dance (Modern, hip-hop, Jazz)

● Playwriting (page to stage)
