Guild Hall is seeking a non-profit accounting professional to join our growing institution. The Controller will work closely with the Deputy Director to perform accounting, human resources administration, financial reporting and internal control functions. In addition to handling disbursements, receipts, invoicing, ADP payroll, and standard accounting transactions, he or she will also support budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling, design and implement new fiscal policies and procedures and ensure Guild Hall's compliance with GAAP, audit standards and public and foundation funding requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a collaborative style and keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability and desire to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels of the organization.
