Career Development Program Apprenticeships - Asolo Repertory Theatre

ASOLO REPERTORY THEATRE’s Career Development Program is designed to provide real world experience to recent college graduates to prepare them for a career in the arts and non-profit sectors. Training under the guidance of our exceptional staff in a supportive, professional environment, Asolo Rep's Career Development Participants are fully integrated into our team, collaborating with professional staff members for hands-on work experience within their disciplines. In addition to the training and experience participants receive while performing their primary duties, they also have the opportunity to interface with professionals and attend training presentations from other departments of Asolo Rep, giving them a broader exposure to the many different facets of a professional theatre.



Apprenticeships are full time experiences that run fall through spring and include a stipend and housing. Applicants should have an undergraduate degree or equivalent as well as at least one past internship in the field for which they are applying or similar applicable experiences.



Apprenticeships are available in Artistic, Company Management, Dramaturgy & Casting, Development, Education & Outreach, Special Events, Stage Management.
