The United States Army Field Band has been connecting with Americans and thrilling audiences of all ages for more than 75 years. As the premier touring musical representative of the United States Army, this internationally-acclaimed organization’s mission is to develop positive connections at home and abroad on behalf of the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, and the United States through live music and multimedia performances, media, television productions, and emergent technologies. The Field Band has appeared in all 50 states and in more than 30 countries on four continents. The organization’s five performing components, the Concert Band, Soldiers’ Chorus, Jazz Ambassadors, Commercial Music Group, and Six String Soldiers, each tour extensively. Travel expenses will be paid upon meeting the U.S. Army’s aptitude, physical, and behavioral standards. Prior service personnel are advised to consult with their local Army recruiter concerning eligibility.
