Lance Armstrong reportedly confessed to Oprah Winfrey during an interview on Monday that he used performance-enhancing drugs to win the Tour de France. The news was confirmed by Winfrey when she appeared on today's CBS THIS MORNING. During her visit, The Talk show queen revealed that her one-on-one with Armstrong was the "biggest interview I've ever done." Check it her appearance below!

The interview will be broadcast in two separate installments starting Thursday on Winfrey's OWN network. Oprah commented this morning that both parties had agreed not to speak publicly about it until the interview aired.

Winfrey described Armstrong as "forthcoming" in the interview and while he "did not come clean in the manner that I expected," she said she was "satisfied by the answers." The confession marks a complete reversal for the Tour de France champion, who in recent years adamently denied any use of so-called 'PED's.

During a jog by his home on Sunday, Armstrong talked to AP reporters and commented, "I'm calm, I'm at ease and ready to speak candidly."

The special 90-minute Thursday night episode of "Oprah's Next Chapter" will air Thursday, January 17 (9:00 - 10:30 p.m. ET/PT) on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network. In addition-the interview will be simultaneously streamed LIVE worldwide on Oprah.com.
