Paula Deen welcomes viewers into her kitchen on this series that celebrates the tradition and good times associated with food. Friends and family -- including some celebrities -- join Paula to share memories as she prepares some of her favorite recipes, many of which are the classic comfort food and Southern dishes she is known for, including macaroni and cheese, biscuits and a low-country boil. Paula occasionally heads out of her kitchen, including when she and husband Michael head to Tybee Island, Ga., where she cooks local fare before they spend an evening together on the river.
