Scoop: THE CHEW 7/17 - 7/21 on ABC

From potlucks and pool parties to brunch and baker basics - all week long, Summer Cooking School is in session on "The Chew"! Emmy Award-winning co-hosts Mario Batali, Michael Symon, Carla Hall, Clinton Kelly and Daphne Oz welcome celebrities from the TV, films and the culinary world and books to "The Chew," JULY 17-21 (1:00 p.m. EDT, 12:00 p.m. PDT; check local listings), on The ABC Television Network.

MONDAY, JULY 17 - "SUMMER COOKING SCHOOL: GLOBAL POTLUCK PARTY" - Carla Hall and Michael Symon whip up yummy Cauliflower Curry Samosas; and, inspired by a recent vacation, Clinton Kelly shows off his secret to succulent Chicken Yakitori, paired with a Cherry Sake Cocktail.

TUESDAY, JULY 18 - "SUMMER COOKING SCHOOL: POOL PARTY" - Carla Hall teams with a lucky viewer to make a refreshing Buttermilk Semifreddo with Candied Peaches. Cheech Marin shows Michael Symon how to make Cheech's Lobster and Corn Salad from the new cookbook, "Cheech Is Not My Real Name...But Don't Call Me Chong." Clinton Kelly's got the recipe for a cool duo - a Lemon CUCUMBER Yogurt Dip and Chocolate Coffee Dessert Dip, and Daphne Oz shows off the best crafts to engage the kids poolside.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 19 - "SUMMER COOKING SCHOOL: MASTER THE CLASSICS" - Clinton Kelly schools viewers in Apple Tarte Tatin, renowned chef Daniel Boulud teams up with Mario Batali to make a definitive Poule Au Pot, and Michael Symon shows how easy it can be to make your own Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee.

THURSDAY, JULY 20 - "SUMMER COOKING SCHOOL: BACK TO BAKING BASICS" -Buddy Valastro ("Cake Boss") shares two amazing cake-decorating tips with Carla Hall. Clinton Kelly has a store-bought baked solution for Strawberry Cookie Bars, and Mario Batali makes a mouth-watering Chocolate Pecan Pie while answering audience questions.

FRIDAY, JULY 21 - "SUMMER COOKING SCHOOL: HOW TO GET AWAY WITH BRUNCH" - Charlie Weber (ABC's "How to Get Away With Murder") makes Spinach and Ham Frittata with Carla Hall. "The Chew" visits Grand Banks, an organization to clean up N.Y. harbor, one oyster at a time. Michael Symon and Clinton Kelly make a delicious breakfast combo - Stuffed French Toast with Bacon Bourbon Maple Syrup and paired with a Fellen-Grapefruit Delight.
