Telemundo announced the premiere of its new original production "Sangre de mi Tierra" on Wednesday, November 29 at 9pm/8c. Starring an international cast including Lambda Garcia ("El Señor de los Cielos," "Cielo Rojo"), Ana Belena ("Huérfanas," "UEPA! Un escenario para amar") and Santiago Ramundo ("Jesús de Nazaret," "Sueño de Amor"), alongside Miguel de Miguel ("La Reina del Sur," "La Esclava Blanca"), Carolina Gómez ("La Viuda de la Mafia," "A Corazón Abierto"), Antonio de la Vega ("Club de Cuervos," "Texas Rising") and Gloria Peralta ("La Fan," "En Otra Piel"), the contemporary series narrates the story of two intense and complicated families facing an unexpected tragedy, which will lead them into a series of difficult, complex and very human situations and ultimately serve as a reminder that everything can change in the blink of an eye. Additionally, as the plot unfolds, the story evolves and touches upon important issues, including spousal abuse, discrimination, sexual identity and drug use.The Castañeda and Montiel families have made their fortunes as land owners and wine makers. For them, tending their vineyards and making quality wine is a passion and a way of life that have united the two clans for years. As a result of a tragic car accident, a war between families will unleash in which there will be no good or bad guys, only human beings with deep emotions and flaws, who fall down and rise again. Mexican actor Lambda Garcia plays the likeable but chaotic Juan José Montiel, who will have to learn from his mistakes and watch the love of his life, Aurora Castañeda (Belena), choose the wrong life partner and marry the jealous and abusive Roberto Quiroga (Ramundo). In the meantime, the heads of the two families, Paco and Natalia Montiel (de Miguel and Gómez), and Crisanto and Mercedes Castañeda (de la Vega and Peralta), will struggle to defend their businesses and vineyards as they endure family conflicts marked by intrigue, passion, love and hate. Full of unexpected twists, cliffhangers and complex characters, "Sangre de mi Tierra" is an original story by Valentina Párraga ("Doña Bárbara," "La Patrona," "Los Miserables"), Maria Helena Portas y Marco Tulio Socorro, directed by Tony Rodriguez, Ricardo Schwarz and Otto Rodriguez, with José Gerardo Guillen (seasons 3 and 4 of "El Señor de los Cielos," "La Fan," "Tierra de Reyes") as executive producer. Filmed in Florida and California, "Sangre de mi Tierra" includes a guest appearance from Daniel Elbittar alongside the stellar cast of Laura Chimaras, Josette Vidal, Gabriel Rossi, Dad Dager, Ruben Morales, Alba Roversi, Francisco Porras, Roberto Plantier, Maky Soler, Keller Wortham, Hector Medina, Stefany Oliveira, Carlos Santos, Johanna Cure, Liz Dieppa, Fernando Pacanins, Gabriel Lopez, Federico Diaz, and Aneudy Lara.
