Rhiannon had never imagined herself writing a book. In this case, all it took was a little divine intervention. She says, "In 2006, after Parker was born, the Lord told me to write this book. Over the course of eight years, I documented my journey as a heart mom."

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Rhiannon Younts's new book begins in 2006, after Rhiannon finds out that her newborn son was born with multiple heart defects. Rhiannon felt like she heard the Lord speak to her. He told her to write a book documenting her journey as a heart mom. She was reluctant. She had never had an interest in reading books before and certainly no desire to write one.

Yet, as months passed, she continually felt compelled by the Holy Spirit to share her story. She began to document Parker's progression over the next eight years.

This riveting story depicts the highs and the lows she experienced in her faith, including the answered, and unanswered, prayers. Through this journey, she has learned to trust God's plan rather than her own.
