All of the Red Hot & Blue Barbecue Restaurants in Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas and Missouri are sliding through the summer season with a new limited time menu item: Sliders! The new Slider Platter includes three popular smoked meat sliders (one tender beef brisket, one delicious pulled pork and one spicy sausage) served with a side of potato salad and a Coke, for only $10. This promotion is available from July 5, 2017 until August 15, 2017.

"The new Slider Platter is perfect for sampling three different and delicious fresh-smoked meats that we offer," said Red Hot & Blue President Randy McCann. "Most our guests order the same meats every visit because they find their favorite and stick with it. Our hand-pulled, smoked pulled pork is requested a majority of the time, because that is what most people consider to be barbecue. However, we offer many other barbecue smoked meat options in addition to the Smoked Pulled Pork, which include: Smoked Beef Brisket; Smoked St. Louis Style Ribs; Smoked Sausage; Smoked Hand-pulled Chicken; Smoked Chicken Wings and a Smoked Memphis Half Chicken. All our smoked meats are cooked fresh, low & slow (low temperatures for long cooking times), over hickory logs, on-site daily," said McCann.

It's the perfect time to taste-test three of Red Hot & Blue's most-popular slow, hickory smoked meats (tender beef brisket, delicious pulled pork and spicy sausage). The Brisket Slider is topped with their own signature Double Trouble Barbecue Sauce, the Pulled Pork Slider is smothered in Red Hot & Blue's signature Hoochie Coochie Hot Barbecue Sauce and the Sausage Slider is served with grilled onions with their house-made Hoochie Coochie Mustard on the side. Ask for your sliders "Memphis-style" and they will top the brisket and pork sliders with creamy cole slaw, too!

Many fast food and quick casual restaurants are trying to add Barbecue sandwiches to their offerings but they are only an imitation of Red Hot & Blue's award-winning: Real Meat, Real Smoke, Real 'Que formula - real fresh-smoked barbecue, using traditional hickory logs, at low temperature and long cooking times with only top quality meats and ingredients. "You won't find real, authentic, slow, hickory-smoked Pork, Chicken and Beef at these other restaurants. And BBQ connoisseurs know the real thing - and they choose Red Hot & Blue. Because, after all, what do sub, sandwich and burger joints know about smoking their own meats? Red Hot & Blue has always specialized in perfectly smoked meats -- we are expanding our customers' preferences by offering them the opportunity to sample three of our different smoked meats in one slider platter," says McCann.

In addition, all Red Hot & Blue BBQ Restaurant locations are currently offering a chance to win two tickets to an amusement park! Guest may enter the sweepstakes from July 5 through August 5, 2017 three ways:
