Original episodes from the third season of FLASHPOINT, the police drama depicting the emotional journey into the tough, risk-filled lives of a group of cops in the Strategic Response Unit, will begin airing Friday, June 4 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

In a special, two-hour block on Friday, July 9, FLASHPOINT will air two episodes from 9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT. The series will relocate to its new time period on Friday, July 16 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT). The premiere episode will be rebroadcast on a special night and time on Saturday, May 29 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT).

FLASHPOINT stars Hugh Dillon, Enrico Colantoni, Amy Jo Johnson and David Paetkau. Anne Marie La Traverse and Bill Mustos are executive producers for Pink Sky Entertainment and Avamar Ent, respectively, in association with CBS Television Studios.

FLASHPOINT premiered in July 2008 and became that summer's top original scripted series, averaging 8.03 million viewers and winning its time period against non-Olympic competition.

In its second season (January-May 2009), FLASHPOINT won its Friday (9:00-10:00 PM) time period in viewers and key demographics, averaging 9.55m viewers, 2.9/08 in adults 25-54 and 2.1/06 in adults 18-49.
