Broadway's new musical comedy DISASTER! opens tonight, March 8, at the Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street), directed by Jack Plotnick with a book by three-time Emmy Award nominee and Grammy Award nominee Seth Rudetsky and Jack Plotnick. DISASTER! stars Tony Award winner Roger Bart (You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown), Tony Award nominee Kerry Butler (Xanadu), three-time Tony Award nominee Kevin Chamberlin (The Addams Family), Tony Award nominee Adam Pascal (Rent), Tony Award winner Faith Prince (Guys & Dolls), Drama Desk Award winner Rachel York (Victor/Victoria), three-time Emmy Award nominee and Grammy Award nominee Seth Rudetsky (SiriusXM's "Seth's Big Fat Broadway"), Four-Time Drama Desk Award nominee Jennifer Simard (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Max Crumm(Grease), Baylee Littrell and Lacretta Nicole and ensemble members Paul Castree, Tony Award nominee Manoel Felciano (Sweeney Todd), Casey Garvin, Travis Kent, Alyse Alan Louis, Maggie McDowell, Olivia Phillip and Catherine Ricafort.

Coming to Broadway, come hell or high water is the new musical comedy Disaster!. Earthquakes, tidal waves, infernos and rampant wildlife can't stop an outrageous cast of characters from dancing, gambling and singing the night away aboard New York's first floating casino and discothèque. Disaster! features some of the most memorable pop, rock and disco hits of the 1970s, including "Hot Stuff," "I Am Woman," "Knock On Wood," "Daybreak" and more.

Pascal starred as the original Roger Davis in the Off-Broadway, Broadway and London productions of Rent; was the original Radames in Broadway's Aida; starred as the final Emcee in the Roundabout's Broadway production of Cabaret; and played Huey Calhoun in Broadway's Memphis. He most recently played Billy Flynn in Broadway's long-running hit, Chicago.

SETH RUDETSKY

Rudetsky is the afternoon Broadway deejay and host of Seth Speaks on SiriusXM Radio. He played Sheldon on Broadway in The Ritz and starred opposite Sutton Foster in They're Playing Our Song for the Actors Fund. He produced/conducted the Dreamgirls concert with Audra McDonald (Nonesuch Records) and Hair with Jennifer Hudson (Grammy nomination). As a comedy writer, he has three Emmy nominations for"The Rosie O'Donnell Show." As an author, his newest novel is The Rise and Fall of a Theater Geek (Random House).

JENNIFER SIMARD
(Sister Mary)

Simard is a four-time Drama Desk and two-time Drama League nominee who is pleased to reprise her nominated performance on Broadway. This is the last role her mother, Yvette, saw her perform and is dedicated to her memory.
